Traveling to Michigan from Oklahoma, Amanda and Luther wanted to make sure Grandmother could be a part of their wedding. It was gonna be difficult for her to either ride or fly to Oklahoma, and neither Luther or Amanda wanted to risk the trip for her safety and health concerns. So, they packed up the family, and came to Michigan for their wedding. I do not recall how Amanda found us…either on Facebook or one of our referrals, but we were excited to hear about their wedding plans, and all of the folks they knew here in Michigan who were going to be a part of their wedding. The Pickards have since started construction of their new home, and their family has grown in love for each other very day.
